Javelin Energy is moving leasing a large block of Las Colinas office space for its headquarters.

“These buildings were designed to attract tenants like Javelin who believe people are its most valuable asset and are focused on offering a best-in-class work environment as tenants continue to return to the office,” Piedmont’s Damian Miller said in a statement.

Javelin will join Consilium Staffing and Neovia Logistics as major tenants in the two-building office campus.The Las Colinas area has had more than 100,000 square feet of net office leasing in the first quarter of 2023, according to JLL.
