may have altered his appearance, obtained a vehicle, and moved to a fresh location, police said Sunday as the manhunt for the escaped criminal enters its 11th day.
New images of a man believed to be the fugitive show him wearing a black baseball-style hat, a yellow or green hooded sweatshirt, green prison pants and white shoes. Police on Sunday said they now believe Cavalcante is in possession of a vehicle. While they were unsure of the vehicle’s make, they said it may be white.
