A Georgia couple has alleged that Michael Sterling was “negligently, carelessly and unlawfully” operating his vehicle “by driving under the influence.”
, Michael Sterling, is being sued for allegedly causing a car accident while driving under the influence.Kody Clark claimed in the suit,Monday, that he was driving a 2014 Toyota Camry on Feb. 4, 2022, in a “safe, careful, prudent manner” in Sandy Springs, Ga., with Lauren Hammett as a passenger.
A Georgia couple has alleged that Sterling was “negligently, carelessly and unlawfully” operating his vehicle “by driving under the influence.”Clark and Hammett alleged that Sterling, an Atlanta-based lawyer, was “driving recklessly and following too closely.” Clark and Hammett claimed they were “hurt and suffered multiple injuries” that incurred medical bills in excess of $2,000.
