Jason “Mayhem” Miller was arrested last month for allegedly assaulting a fan, according to TMZ.
that a fan approached Miller to say hello at the Sunset Marquis hotel in West Hollywood on Aug. 29, but that this interaction “somehow” devolved into a verbal confrontation that culminated in Miller being accused of putting the man in a chokehold.However, Miller, 42, was arrested the next day when he returned to the Sunset Marquis.
Miller was released from custody and an investigation into surveillance footage of the incident is ongoing to see if he will face charges, according to TMZ. Former UFC star Jason “Mayhem” Miller was arrested in Los Angeles after he was accused of choking a fan.He got out of prison this past May, after serving about a year behind bars.
The sentence stemmed from an incident in 2021, in which he was accused of residential burglary and car theft in California while on probation for a separate domestic violence case,Miller pleaded guilty in 2019 to misdemeanor violation of a protective stay-away order and felony vandalism after he destroyed property at his girlfriend’s home.
He had previously received a suspended sentence after pleading guilty to domestic violence against the same girlfriend in 2017.while he was wanted for three separate felony charges.Jason “Mayhem” Miller won 23 bouts during his MMA fighting days.His MMA career spanned more than a decade as he competed in several promotions including UFC and Strikeforce from 2004-16.
