People attempting to get to their [West Zone] parking spots from the west and south should expect considerable delays,” police said.said work will be suspended on the project today and tomorrow, Sept. 8-9 “to avoid impacting traffic heading to the Penn State Nittany Lions game against Delaware.”The $30.7 million project to reconstruct South Atherton Street is expected to be finished in the fall of 2024.
