SAN ANTONIO — Saturday was the inauguralBrought together by tragedy, families gathered on the south side to share stories of loved ones lost to fentanyl poisoning. Now they are trying to save lives, using their stories to raise awareness of this deadly crisis.
Johnson is one of four"angel moms" who spearheaded the walk after losing children to fentanyl poisonings.Governor Greg Abbott attended the event, coinciding with the newly created fentanyl awareness month, and shared his hopes for the future.
