The 10-day motorcycle rally kicked off Friday in South Dakota and is expected to attract roughly 700,000 people.

But there comes a time when you're dealing with a public health crisis that could involve you, your family, and everybody else—that something supersedes that need to do exactly what you want to do," Fauci added.
Now, public health officials and some local residents worry that that the rally will again lead to a surge in cases.
