Wednesday’s first blast was reported about 11:30 a.m. on East Vista Way near Anza Avenue, Portillo said. The second occurred about 1:25 p.m. on East Drive near North Santa Fe Avenue, a little more than a mile from where the first blast happened. The last explosion was reported around 2:40 p.m. on East Drive near Woodrail Drive, about a quarter-mile from the location of the second blast.
