Montgomery County Sheriff's Department officials say the woman hit the deputy twice with a suspected stolen vehicle, then was shot as she drove away.
HARRISON TOWNSHIP, Ohio — The driver of a suspected stolen vehicle was shot by law-enforcement Tuesday night after she twice hit a Montgomery County deputy with the car, then attempted to flee, according
to reports.the unidentified deputy is expected to be hospitalized for up to two weeks but is expected to recover. The female suspect also was taken to a hospital and her condition was unknown Tuesday night.
