FIFTYFIFTY label sues The Givers CEO for allegedly secretly buying 'Cupid' copyright
On June 27, Attrakt stated,
"We filed a criminal complaint against Ahn Sung IL, CEO of The Givers, and three other individuals at Gangnam Police Station." The Givers has been responsible for managing projects under a service contract with Attrakt, and according to Attrakt, The Givers have engaged in obstruction of business, fraud, and breach of trust, The label continued,
"During the process of purchasing the song 'Cupid' from a foreign composer, The Givers did not provide information to Attrakt on the purchase of copyrights. The CEO and the company did it themselves secretly."
