BREAKING: National Weather Service issues flash flood warning for parts of Riverside and San Bernardino counties
The humidity is lingering around Southern California on Monday, bringing a chance of thunderstorms in some areas.A flash flood warning was issued Monday afternoon for parts of San Bernardino and Riverside counties by the National Weather Service.
Thunderstorms are returning to the deserts and mountain regions, bringing lightning and heavy rain to some areas. The storm is now moving west of Palm Springs, with thunderstorms in the areas of Twentynine Palms and Yucca Valley starting to subside.In other parts of Southern California, the humidity is lingering around.The valleys and Inland Empire will be hot and humid with a 20% chance of thunderstorms and a high of 97 degrees.
