After going 74 days in the lodge and breaking the previous world record of 73 days, two hours and 34 minutes — which wasat Jules’ Undersea Lodge in Key Largo, the same place where Dituri is staying — Dr. Deep Sea says he wants to make it to 100 days, which will be up on June 9.

Dituri, who also goes by the moniker “Dr. Deep Sea,” ate a protein-heavy meal of eggs and salmon prepared using a microwave, exercised with resistance bands, did his daily pushups and took an hour-long nap.
