The Boston Marathon started Monday morning with the men's and women's wheel races followed by the runners shortly after them. The first wave of racers left the starting line just after 9 a.m. EDT and the first to cross the finish line did so less than an hour and a half later.
Boston Marathon 2019 Live Results:Men's push-rim wheelchair winner: Daniel Romanchuk made history Monday morning as the youngest winner to ever win the men's push-rim wheelchair race in Boston and he's the first American to win since 1993. Romanchuck is 20 years old and a member of Team USA originally from Maryland. He finished the race in 1:21:36.
