Rochester, N.Y. A court case filed against a prominent local family court attorney has been withdrawn.
Prominent family attorney Nathan Van Loon was previously accused of grabbing a woman and exposing himself in a restroom at his law firm back in June 2023. That case has now reportedly been withdrawn and dismissed.
Rochester, N.Y. — A lawsuit filed against a prominent local family court attorney has been withdrawn. Over the summer, Nathan Van Loon pleaded not guilty to forcible touching and exposure charges after he was accused of exposing himself to a woman in a restroom at his law firm in June. He was also accused of following the woman to her car and trying to kiss her. She allegedly told him to get away, and he did.Friday, Van Loon's attorney announced the case had been withdrawn and was dismissed, and said Van loon provided a credible alibi in response to the accusations.
