Former Boeing CEO gets $62.2 million but loses some benefits.

Boeing said Friday, Jan. 10, 2020 that Muilenburg was contractually entitled to the payout but he won't get extra severance and will forfeit another $14.6 million in stock awards.

Muilenburg, who spent more than 30 years at Boeing, also has unexercised stock options that he has held since 2013 and that are worth more than $18.5 million at Friday's closing price. Calhoun, 62, will get a base salary of $1.4 million but potentially several million more in bonuses and stock awards, including $7 million if he gets the Max back in service.
