And ... Russia is too big to be handled. They conquered 60 different small nations like Ukraine. So we have to help those nations to get up ... and we need to divide Russia.No. The only reason the Russians would negotiate so they can rebuild, get richer, and do it again. They have a bad political system. It will keep on happening and happening.
