A solder from Fort Stewart has been detained after a video of him yelling profanities, and twisting the arm of the woman beside him, has gone viral. The 3rd Infantry Division (ID) says the incident is currently under investigation.

A Fort Stewart soldier in Savannah, Georgia has been taken into custody by military police after he erupted in a violent outburst over a parking space in a mall parking lot. “Shut up, shut the f*** up,” he screams at a nearby woman, who he accuses of blocking his car while waiting for a parking spot.

The man is a member of the 3rd Infantry Division , WSAV reports. According to officials, the incident is currently under investigation. “He kept throwing up the race card and being disrespectful and ‘b**** that and b**** this,'” she said. “So, we start arguing back and forth I didn’t know what else to do because he started taking his anger out on his wife.”

“My heart just went out to her, I was hurt before, so I don’t know. I just felt like I had to do something,” said Spaulding. “If all I could do was pull out my phone that’s what I was going to do.”
