We chat with Foundation actor Jared Harris about getting in touch with different aspects of Hari Seldon's consciousness and working alongside Lou Llobell's Gaal & Leah Harvey's Salvor in season 2 of the AppleTV series:
Foundation season 2 returns to Apple TV+ on July 14, and the sci-fi show is set to follow through on the promise of rebellion against the Galactic Empire. Inspired by the novels of Isaac Asimov and adapted for television by David S. Goyer , season 2 of the acclaimed series sees the eponymous Foundation grow in influence as Hari Seldon's followers go from a group of exiles to a leading religion spreading to various planets.
Screen Rant spoke to Harris about incorporating various aspects of Hari into his performance for Foundation season 2, the joy of collaborating with costars Harvey and Llobell, and his thoughts on Hari's approach to Psychohistory. Speaking of the relationships, Gaal and Hari were a cornerstone of the first season. But now we've added Salvor to the mix.
