If you want to visit the Eiffel Tower, you're going to need a vaccine passport
users. To use the digital pass, individuals must be able to prove that they are fully vaccinated, have recently tested negative for Covid-19 or have recovered from the illness. The app provides a digital QR code or, if the user prefers, a paper version of the receipt.
But French officials are unapologetic. “We’re in the fourth wave,” Prime Minister Jean Castex said during an appearance yesterday on France’s TF1 news network. He warned of harsher measures “if the situation were to explode” and urged people to get vaccinated to avoid a new round of lockdowns.
