Friday Faves
I wanted to say thank you for all of the lovely and heartfelt comments, DMs, texts, and emails in response to my last post. Whenever I go out on a limb, it surprises me to know how many of you feel the exact same way. So many of us are juggling a lot of tasks, feeling the pressure to always accomplish more, and the constant need to stay busy and moving. I hope you’ll join me in simply evaluating what’s important, what’s fun, what’s worth it, and take some time for yourself each day.
I’ll still be here blogging and doing my thing, but I’m taking the next couple of weeks to see what tasks I can outsource or eliminate. Taking care of the girls is my #1 job, but for so long, I’ve been rolling along in this space without respecting the fact that it’s also a full-time job.
Also, my posts around here might change! I’m going to focus on writing more about the things that excite me and that I think you’d like to read about, and not necessarily posts that I think will be pinned a ton or shared. There will still be lots of fitness and life content, but I’d love to focus more on some topics like the following: mom hacks, quick workouts you can do anywhere, quick staple meal ideas, daily casual uniforms, meditation, budgeting, etc.
