Fuddruckers is returning to the Riverchase Galleria after more than 20 years.
Fuddruckers, one of the first restaurants at the Riverchase Galleria after it opened in 1986, is returning to the Hoover mall after 23 years.
The company, which touts its menu as “the World’s Greatest Hamburgers,” recently announced it was adding 10 locations to its 85 restaurant chain. “These new non-traditional locations will begin buildouts in the second quarter of the year with new location openings expected in the months following,” a press release stated.
The restaurant allows diners to top their burgers from the “Build Your Own market fresh produce bar....stocked full of sun-ripened tomatoes, hand-leafed lettuce, sliced onions, dill pickles, pico de gallo, Fudds cheese sauce and lots of other fantastic fixins.”new Galleria location will operate inside the mall food court next to Popeye’sThat location closed in 1999 after robbers stabbed the general manager and started a small fire in the dining area and office.
