A 26-year-old man who police said was driving a garbage truck in a 2021 crash in Lebanon County has been charged with vehicular homicide. Zachary Gilbert crashed the garbage truck around 8:45 a.m. June 4, 2021, on State Drive in South Lebanon Township, township police said. The truck ran off the road and rolled over three times, ejecting a worker on the back of the truck, according to information posted online by the company owners.
