Coffee shop based in Germany opens first U.S location in Houston this week
, one of Germany’s largest coffee shop chains, launches its first location in the U.S. market on June 14 at 4900 Bissonnet. With more than 230 shops in Germany and Europe, Coffee Fellows has targeted Houston for its flagship U.S. location for its European coffee house offering sustainably sourced coffee, tea and a food menu that includes fresh bagels.Three additional Houston-area locations will open this year in River Oaks, the Heights and Katy.
Local ingredients and vendors will be used; in addition to sustainably-sourced coffee and tea, the shop will serve pastries, bagels, sandwiches, salads, fruit bowls and muesli. Coffee Fellows will be open Monday through Friday 6 a.m. to 7 p.m., Saturday and Sunday 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.
