A fourth grader who dressed up as a hot dog for his school pictures quickly became an internet sensation and got a special surprise from the Oscar Mayer Wienermobile.
His dad, Craig Arsenault, snapped a shot of the oversized bun and dog on wheels and told ABC News that Jake and his friends went for a ride, all dressed in hot dog attire.Arsenault first shared a photo of his son's unique student ID shot on Facebook and told ABC News it all started with a dare. "The school let him do it, and I couldn't be happier," Arsenault wrote alongside a photo of his son's new school ID card that prominently features a thumbnail of Jake smiling, encased in a costume that looks like a hot dog topped with relish and mustard.
"[We] told him we were excited to see what came back and then he came home one day with it, my wife sent me a picture and then I posted it on Facebook and it blew up from there," he explained.
