Newly released video shows the moments before a man was killed and left on the sidewalk.SEATTLE — It's been almost one month since 54-year-old Derrick Owens was killed outside of his parked car in Columbia City on South Hanford Street.
"He was alive and then minutes later he was gone," said Mary. She said Owens was murdered on the side of the road,"he was lying right there on this spot right here." "I want justice for him, I want the people to get caught and pay for what they did to him," she said. "It looks like the two people walk on, a male and a female, words were obviously exchanged and the male half of that team walks back and approaches the victim and that's where the video ends," said Jim Fuda, the director of Crime Stoppers of Puget Sound.
