Gisele Bündchen candidly opened up about her life post-divorce from Tom Brady in an interview with CBS News Sunday Morning.
, the supermodel confessed that while she doesn't regret getting married to the football star, she's in a better headspace now that they are no longer together.
"I’m in a different place in my life. I’m able to choose more of what I want," she said of being single. ”I think before I was more surviving, and now I’m living, which is different." When asked if she would change the fact that they got divorced, Gisele replied: "I think it’s not what I dreamed of and what I hoped for. My parents have been married for 50 years, and I really wanted that to happen," adding, "But I think you have to accept you know sometimes that the way you are in your 20s, it’s sometimes you grow together, sometimes you grow apart.”
Gisele continued, "He’s the father of my kids. So I always wish him the best, and I’m so grateful that he gave me wonderful children.” The former couple share a son, Benjamin, 13, and a daughter, Vivian, 10.
