Stephen Amell's Oliver Queen, aka Green Arrow, becomes the villainous Red Death in The Flash season 9 in a new piece of Arrowverse fan art.
Stephen Amell's Green Arrow becomes Red Death in The Flash season 9 in new Arrowverse fan art. The end is near for The CW's Arrowverse franchise after running for over a decade. The Flash season 9 will officially wrap up the Grant Gustin-starring drama in late May. However, it is also the end of the Earth-Prime side of the Arrowverse. Since Superman & Lois takes place on a different Earth, The Flash is the last of the original Arrowverse continuity.
The idea of Oliver Queen as Red Death was, for a long time, a popular fan theory. Since the Arrowverse can't use Batman, The Flash viewers imagined a Green Arrow doppelganger as the iconic DC foe. Instead, The Flash used the Arrowverse's Batwoman.
