At least 10 people have been reported dead at three locations in the nation’s latest paroxysm of violence.
A rifle-toting gunman rampaged across Lewiston, Maine, on Wednesday night—killing as many as 22 people at three locations and putting the city on lockdown.
Police in Lewiston also released an image of a white vehicle with its front bumper painted black, saying authorities were hunting for the car. Melinda Small, the owner of Legends Sports Bar and Grill, a quarter-mile from the bowling alley, said she herded everyone away from the doors and they stayed hunkered down until police arrived to escort them out.
