The STX and Miramax production, which lands in theaters on March 3, is being distributed by Lionsgate in the US. Jason Statham leads the fun and quirky action comedy, alongside a top-notch cast that includes Hugh Grant , Aubrey Plaza, Cary Elwes, Bugzy Malone, and Josh Hartnett.
SCREENRANT VIDEO OF THE DAY Operation Fortune: Ruse de Guerre is written and directed by acclaimed British filmmaker Guy Ritchie, and it finally received a release date after being removed from the schedule in 2022. The long-awaited spy story follows undercover operative Orson Fortune as he enters into a high-stakes mission with a group of talented associates: Sarah Fidel , J.J. Davies , and Nathan Jasmine .
Despite the large number of cast members participating in the fun game, there are still plenty more important pieces to Operation Fortune's puzzle. Eddie Marsan, who has frequently collaborated with Ritchie on the Sherlock Holmes movies and more recently in Wrath of Man, also appears as Norman. Tim Seyfi, Lourdes Faberes, and Max Beesley also star.
Lionsgate is starting off 2023 with plenty of action, seeing as John Wick: Chapter 4 is next on their slate. They will also be premiering The Expendables 4, starring none other than Jason Statham, in September. Operation Fortune: Ruse de Guerre has a runtime of 114 minutes and is rated R for language and violence.Operation Fortune: Ruse de Guerre arrives in theaters on March 3.
