Paltrow’s attorney Stephen Owens told the jury that they are “going to hear from” the Goop founder’s teenage children as well as her husband, Brad Falchuk.
“She had started getting back into skiing, and she did it because she wanted her kids to learn like she had,” the lawyer said.
Owens clarified that Falchuk’s children from a previous marriage — daughter Isabella and son Brody — were also on the trip. “This was really their first trip to sort of have a mix, see-if-this-might-work,” he claimed. “So it was a special time, and it was a lovely day.”While it is unclear when Apple and Moses will take the stand, their mom’s trial is set to run through March 30.
