The five suspects in the now infamous Aug. 5 Montgomery riverfront brawl, are currently being tried for the event, WSFA 12 News’s Rosanna Smith reporting.
The first defendant, Mary Todd, plead guilty to harassment and was sentenced to 90 days of anger management classes as part of a plea agreement.
The trial of the second defendant, Richard Roberts, is currently underway. So far, three witnesses have taken the stand: Daniel Warren, the dock worker who was hit; Crystal Warren, Daniel Warren’s mother; and Rasheed Carlton, an employee on the Harriott 2 riverboat.
