When it comes to health care, what does Kamala Harris really believe?
that the Democrat had waffled, once again, on her support for Medicare for All. “I support Medicare for All,” she told a crowd of wealthy donors, attempting to clarify her position while fund-raising in the Hamptons. But as you may have noticed, over the course of the many months, I’ve not been comfortable withHarris, as critics were all too eager to point out, was in fact aof that legislation.
But the California senator has shifted her stance on universal health care several times since becoming a presidential candidate, reflecting her ongoing struggle to triangulate a position between the far left and center of the Democratic Party. Already, Harris has taken at least three different positions on whether her plan would abolish private coverage, and moved away from them just as quickly.
