Justin T. Taylor, 28, is a city police officer who was charged Tuesday with misdemeanor counts of attempted drug possession and use/possession of drug paraphernalia. Harrisburg spokesman Matt Maisel confirmed Taylor’s employment and said he is suspended without pay.
