Head-on crash leaves at least one dead in Valley Center [Breaking]
At least one person was fatally injured Tuesday in a head-on crash in Valley Center, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The collision occurred about 5:50 p.m. on Lilac Road about a mile north of Valley Center Road, according to a Highway Patrol incident log. Details of how the crash occurred were not immediately available, but about 40 minutes after it was reported, CHP officers at the scene categorized it as a major-injury collision.Advertisement
