The Spectrum News/Siena College poll showed Abbott with a 50-43 lead over O’Rourke.The debate is scheduled to run from 7 to 8 p.m.The debate will be aired on local Nexstar television stations serving 14 markets across Texas. Nextstar is partnering with KSAT in San Antonio to make the debate available in the state’s third largest market.
It will also be streamed live online. However, it was not immediately clear where.KXAN-TV news anchor Britt Moreno will host the debate. Moreno will be joined by a panel of journalists, including Gromer Jeffers of the Dallas Morning News and Steve Spriester of KSAT.The debate will be produced by KXAN-TV in Austin and KVEO-TV in Harlingen.Election Day is Tuesday, Nov. 8. You must register to vote by Oct. 11.
