Vivian Zayas’ mother, Ana Martinez, was one of thousands of people kept in nursing homes along with COVID patients between March and May 2020 under Cuomo’s directive.In the last Congress, the Democrat-controlled subcommittee sent five letters to the ex-New York governor asking him to testify about his actions involving nursing homes in the state during COVID. He did not respond.
