There is a lot more to Arthur Gordon Pym's story and his past Transglobe Expedition experience in The Fall of the House of Usher than meets the eye.

Although Arthur Gordon Pym is not officially a part of the titular Usher family in The Fall of the House of Ushers, most Ushers, especially Roderick and Fredrick, would consider him an indispensable part of the family's circle.
For instance, in episode 2, "The Masque of the Red Death," Frederick reminds Prospero that he should not open his mouth during meetings with individuals and organizations that are accusing them of breaking environmental laws, and instead, only repeat the words that Pym has asked them say in such situations: "We at Fortunado take our responsibility to the environment very seriously, and we are aligned with you in our mutual goal of compliance with any and all of the regulatory...
Roderick also mentions that Pym often recalls his experiences during the journey but always holds himself back from recounting what happened at the North Pole. He also adds that after the expedition, Pym started telling children that the Earth was hollow and even claimed that he found a hidden place called Ultima Thule on the North Pole, where a different realm of beings existed out of humanity's perception of time and space.
