The Last Of Us's Nico Parker describes how she approached early scenes in episode 1. 'I feel like I didn’t want to treat it like every moment was the most important moment…because it’s the beginning, you’re seeing a way more regular version of life.'
Warning: SPOILERS ahead for The Last of Us episode 1.The Last of Us star Nico Parker says the strength of the show's first episode helped her make every moment she was onscreen as Sarah Miller count. Parker's role as Sarah in The Last of Us is a very short yet important one, as she portrays the daughter of the series' main protagonist, Joel Miller.
She praised co-creator Craig Mazin for his work on the first episode, adding how the script's focus on a day in Sarah's life helped her treat each of those moments as key parts of the whole story. Check out what Parker had to say below:
