After completing the Elder Mist Trials in Sea of Stars, players will have to fight the Elder Mist boss. The trials will involve working through various enemies and completing several puzzles in order to collect three relics, and though tedious, all of this can be great preparation for the final boss.
Defeat The Elder Mist Boss First and foremost, know that attacking the Elder Mist boss will cause him to launch a counterattack that hits the entire party. For this reason, it's best to focus the sword first since after a couple of attacks, it will be out of commission for a few turns in return. During this brief period, the party should then turn their attention back to the Elder Mist boss as this will be the opportune chance to attack.
Unlike the Romaya the Necromancer Boss, the Elder Mist Boss is vulnerable to a specific type of attack, solstice magic. So keep this in mind when on the offensive against him. After getting halfway through the fight and dropping the Elder Mist's hp, he will begin to use Locks.
