In Wiseman’s version, "the addition of the mint tea syrup gives it a bit more warmth during the winter season but still makes it very refreshing," she tellsbartenders who enjoy creating them.
"When we put some love into making a drink without booze with just as much care to fresh ingredients, layers in complexity and balance, it can be as enjoyable as the real thing without the negative effects," says Andrew Atwell, the general manager and bartender at Manhattan's The Wild Son.
