"Our relationship with power defines how we react to everything and how we act and make our decisions," exclaimed Oubou.
Oubou creates checklists to make sure that she creates small goals that she can achieve, which helps her build momentum towards achieving bigger goals."I learned to make decisions independently without asking others' opinions and advice," said Oubou."Not only do I make my decisions, but I stand by them no matter what other people say about those decisions.
