Human remains found in burning car in Montgomery County, sheriff's office says
were found Saturday morning in a burning vehicle in Montgomery County, the sheriff's office said.
Montgomery County sheriff's deputies responded to a vehicle fire around 5 a.m. on Glover Drive off the 10800 block of Sleepy Hollow. The vehicle was found in the Reserve on Sleepy Hollow, a new 117-acre development that includes Falvey Lake. After firefighters extinguished the flames, human remains were discovered inside the vehicle, the sheriff's office said.The sheriff's office's homicide unit, violent crimes detectives and crime scene investigators are working the case. The Montgomery County Fire Marshal Investigators are also assisting in the investigation.
