State troopers, deputies and police officers have taken to social media to warn drivers that roads are incredibly slick today and are causing hundreds of collisions around Puget Sound.
Good winter driving includes slowing down, increasing following distance and being safe.
Drivers should also clear their car of snow and ice before they leave, as snow could slide off the roof and impact the vision of drivers behind them.
