Dan Reynolds and Aja Volkman attend the 30th Annual GLAAD Media Awards at The Beverly Hilton Hotel on March 28, 2019 in Beverly Hills, Calif.and his wife Aja Volkman welcomed their first son on Tuesday , as the proud parents announced Valentine Reynolds’ birth on their social media accounts.
The singer pointed out that Valentine means “strong” and referenced the #VegasStrong hashtag used after the devastating mass shooting at the Route 91 Harvest Festival in Reynolds' hometown on Oct. 1, 2017 -- exactly two years ago today. “As today marks the 2nd anniversary of our most tragic day in Vegas, it now also represents the day that we celebrate the birth of new life,” Reynolds wrote on Twitter and Instagram. “We are truly feeling #VegasStrong today.”
Valentine joins his three big sisters in the Reynolds family: 7-year-old Arrow and 2-year-old twins Gia and Coco.The name Valentine means “strong”.
