Immigrant rights groups are asking a federal judge to order the Biden admin. to lift Covid-19 restrictions at the border that continue to block some undocumented immigrants from entering the US to claim asylum, according to court documents.

The Justice Department, which is representing the administration in the lawsuit, did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
