Colts insider Nate Atkins has 10 thoughts on Indianapolis' 34-27 comeback win over the Jacksonville Jaguars.

, Quenton Nelson, Ryan Kelly, Matt Pryor and Braden Smith. Flipping Pryor and Smith was likely about getting Pryor out of 1-on-1 speed rushes on the edge and back to a spot where he can use his 343 pounds to avoid a bull rush. It led to a stronger interior pocket, but the edge pressure was still present from the jump. Smith nearly tackled a rusher to earn a holding on the first series, and he and Raimann had a difficult start.

What a huge performance from Jackson. The second-year undrafted player out of Duke burst on the scene last week with 91 yards and nearly 5 yards per carry, which was a big deal in 12-9 game. This week, he got the start in place of an injured Jonathan Taylor and Nyheim Hines, and the Colts clearly wanted to get him the ball out in space rather than rely on their blocking.

The best defensive play, ironically, came against the run. The Jaguars were faced with a 4th-and-1 in the second half when they had Lawrence run a speed option to the perimeter, and E.J. Speed ran it out to force the pitch and then make a vicious tackle in the backfield. Those are the kinds of momentum-shifting plays you have to get even when things aren't perfect, and the Colts answered by driving right down to take their first lead on a 10-yard pass from Ryan to Jelani Woods.
