iPhone 13 leaks have spoiled Apple’s biggest upgrades and made some eye-opening price claims
Prosser also shared some other titbits: the glass back of the iPhone 14 will be semi-glossy with the logo set underneath. The glass will sit on top of the antenna bands like the iPhone 4 and Apple will go back to the round volume buttons also seen on that classic design. He also understands that a new gold finish will be coming. Last, some bad news. Prosser says there will be no USB-C on the iPhone 14 with the Lightning port remaining. “We double, triple checked this” he stresses.
“Our sources were very clear, this is a very early unit they are showing us,” he added. “Some dimensions may change, colors may change, but they believe that the overall design will remain all the way to mass production next year.” Yes, it’s a lot to process and certainly a much bigger leap than we will see with the iPhone 13 which may give wavering upgraders a reason to wait. That said, for Apple fans who have decided to upgrade this year, there is still a lot to like about the iPhone 13:
