A woman named Genee Dumas also has been charged with obstruction of official business, resisting arrest and tampering with evidence.Sixteen-year-old Russell Hargrove-Madison and 17-year-old Samiya Proctor, who is Dumas' daughter, also face charges. And Friday, Raymor Dumas became the seventh person to be charged in the case. It's not clear how all the suspects are connected.
According to the court documents, Stewart's mom told investigators on Sept. 20 that her son left their home on Ivyhurst Drive around 5:45 p.m. and got into a black Chrysler with someone she knew as "Kel" and possibly a second person.Less than two hours later, police were called to a neighborhood in east Columbus, where police found Mi'Quel Bowles shot. He was taken to the hosptial where, according to the documents, he was not cooperative.in Stewart's disappearance.
On Sept. 29, Proctor and Genee Dumas were arrested at the Eastland Career Center in Groveport, an incident that was captured on officer body-camera video that you can watch below. The documents also said Michael Bowles admitted to relatives that he "had shot and killed someone and one of the bullets had gone through the victim and struck his brother Mi'Quel."One detective wrote that Peterson, the mother of the Bowles brothers, took "part in a discussion on how to get rid of the vehicle used in the murder."
