Rochester, N.Y. — A block party took place on Saturday evening celebrating the completion of a new inclusive community center in Rochester.The community center has multiple classrooms, a teaching kitchen, and a residence for farmers. "You don't really get a lot of spaces where it's a dedicated building where we can get together, have classes,” said Matthew Akyuz. “We can have community. We can discuss and learn things, maybe even learn how to ferment peppers if we wanted to, all year round, It's great stuff."to visit Homesteads for Hope online.
