Palestinian PM Shtayyeh slams 'organised Israeli terrorism' after Israeli forces shoot dead two Palestinians, including a journalist, in occupied West Bank
"The bullet grazed Ghofran Warasnah's ribs, passing through the flesh under her left armpit and exiting from her right side," says Palestine's Health Ministry.
"She was transferred to Al Ahli hospital in Hebron, but died shortly afterward, despite efforts to resuscitate her," it said.
